We ship these products via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Tracking information is available upon request.

Furnishings other than GummiLights
We use UPS to ship orders. Simply email us at, and tell us the items you’re interested in, and your shipping address, and we will email a shipping quote in 24 – 48 hours.

Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. Please note, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses. We offer the following shipping services within the US: UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Ground. International shipping options will be provided upon request.

Please take production time into consideration when selecting a shipping method. Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

Return Policy

At Jellio, we make almost all of our items as we receive orders for them.  Because of this, all sales are final on all Jellio products, except GummiLights, GummiToys and GummiWear.

For GummiLight, GummiToy and GummiWear purchasers, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund.

Any product suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one (1) year of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Jellio will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy Policy

If you purchase a product or service from Jellio, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Jellio does not rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties except to provide products you've requested, when we have your permission. We use third parties such as a shipping company to fulfill orders and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods sold on our website,.  When you make a purchase on our website, we will share the necessary amount of personally identifiable information as necessary for the third party to provide that service, including your name, address, credit card information and email address. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.
